Just like with the sale of our house, Debbie was right on top of everything concerned with our purchase of our new home, from the start of our search to our closing. She was willing to take us to any house we wanted to see and to learn what we liked and did not like about each one after we saw it until SHE found the right one for us. Debbie was with us from the day we selected her (each other?) and is still checking on how we are doing in our new home! She is professional, caring, friendly, and everything you could ask for. All agents should be like her! She texted and called us to let us know about houses we might like to see, and responded quickly to all of our calls and texts. Her communication was superb! This was a big deal to us as we were buying and selling at the same time, and after a while of not finding what we wanted were beginning to get worried. She allayed our fears our fears, told us not to worry, and even gave us a "do not panic until" date! We found our home shortly after she told us this, well before the panic date! Just an example of her ability to see what we needed and take care of us.

Debra is the consummate professional. She knows her business extremely well. She goes above and beyond for her client and often handles task the other agents should be handling. I would recommend her to anybody. This is the second time I am partnering with Debra for obvious reasons.

Excellent presentation to us. Very clear - answered all our questions. Always returned calls. We had a buyer the first 3 days the house was for sale. Too notch - very pleased. Debbie was very easy to work with. Debbie got us a higher price than we expected.
